“My mum has lived at Broadlands for 18 months now and has advanced Alzheimer's. Her behaviour has been challenging, but every member of staff contributes to making her life the best it can possibly be. She is always dressed nicely, hair done, lovely and clean and she is encouraged to participate in outings and activities.”
